At Pixel Trove, we want every customer to be happy with their order. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Eligibility for Refunds
Physical products such as consoles and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Digital products such as game codes or downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds for digital goods are only provided if the product was not delivered or is defective.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, promotional codes, and products marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@pixeltrove.uk with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for your request.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will confirm approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us if you need an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund in the expected timeframe, check your bank account, then contact your card provider. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us directly.
